This is the name and shame list of banned IP's and the reason why.

Note that whenever the reason contains the word 'Permaban', it was added manually, usually AFTER the ISP owning the IPs failed to respond to a message sent to their abuse address(mostly after link-spamming in the forum.).
The rest has been auto-banned when one of my scripts caught them doing something naughty...

Where there are gaps in the Id numbering it means I have removed a Ban. (It can happen). If a date or the clock is missing, it means my scripts probably had a little flaw, or I forgot to add that bit of information when I manually banned an address. Time is CET (Central european Time, or GMT+1, if anyone is interested)
