It's classed as a Wordprocessor, but that doesn't really fit, either.
What it is, though, is a PC/Mac keyboard with a built-in screen, memory and simple text editor. You bring it with you, type your notes, and when you get back home, you plug it into your desktop computer, start up your favorite word processing software and press a key on the keyboard. It will then 'replay' the keypresses needed to enter the same text on your desktop computer.
